Sir, dated 25 jan 2020 i went kota to chittorgarh rajasthan through road by car no rj20cf5310 and return same day at kota, regarding this issue returning from aroli toll naka have deducted from my fastag account rs. 65/- instead of rs.35/- due to this i have complained 25 jan 2020 at night 11:20 o'clock which complain no is...138069 and dt.1 feb 2020 complain no is... 147107 and third complain dated 17 feb 2020 complain no 166373. Above three complaint are pending but no refund yet not credited to my fastege account after 27days have been passed. So kindly requested you to solve my complaint as earliest.
