Excess Water Bill Delhi Jal Board — excess water bill through govt has provided 20000 ltr free supply

As I already complained against excess water bill (K no. [protected] account-Devender singh) to Govindpuri jal board.I am facing issue since 1 year but no 1 is hearing my complaint. As our CM provided the facility of 20000 ltr free water supply in Delhi. Still my water bill is too high. I am requesting you to plz waive off my bill.
