Excide Inverter Battery — Very long delay in My EL 150AH battery warranty Replacement.

Battery is within replacement warranty, inspite of Excide's Technician SITE INSPECTION REPORT, Im facing long delay as they are say they don't have this battery for replacement. Luminous Inverter battery are far far better in this regard. If conditionnlike this persists, i'll avoid buying Excide battery and rather go for Luminous Battery.

Updated by shaileshyours My battery is within waaranty, excide engineer came and made on site battery report for replacement of battery days ago, excide service team in patna say they dont have battery at their sevice station.
I have to buy a new battery as power shortage in my area is very high and Excide battery service is worst. Excide is waste of money and time.
