Dear Mr. Diwakar Dhyani aka Shobhit / Shobhit Dhyani S/o Shashidhar Prasad Dhyani (as per our findings) of International Trading Organization,

Your complaint as stated against our current or former employees' / organization seems to be highly motivated piece of article and is derogatory and misleading without any proofs and is subject to libel and slander action. The information is untrue to this extent that you have mentioned our organization name as Exhilway Asia Ventures Private Limited instead of Exhilway Asia Ventures Inc. which in itself is a sound evidence that your intentions are mere harassing officials of our organization.

We have checked our records and were unable to find any client by your name, and no emails whatsoever was traceable ever written to our organization to other than one email where you served Mr. Rahul Kumar a legal notice for posting articles against you on 20th July, 2015. Your matter seems to be a personal issue and unnecessarily you have dragged Exhilway into the picture.

We have identified you as Diwakar Dhyani aka Shobhit of International Trading Organization and former CEO of Corporate Infocom Private Limited which in itself is a highly dubious and fraud organization and is undergoing trials from several regulators.

The blogs as mentioned by you in your complaint are not fully backed by Exhilway and is operated by students of mass communication colleges in Mumbai where they post articles on their free will. No employee of the organization can post articles. If you feel that the articles against you was motivated by any of our employee, you can inform us on [protected]@exhilway.com and we assure you of a speedy deletion (generally within 48 hours). The matter can still be closed and resolved without any liability of any of the parties.

Your complaint must be marked directly to us rather than issuing notices to any of our current or former employees'. The act done by you can attract civil and criminal liabilities and is subject to action from both India and United States.

You are requested to please remove the content of this article and in place we assure you removal of all articles which so stated on our partly funded blogs. If you fail to do this in next 7 days, we will be forced to issue a legal under the defamation guidelines under the American Federal law system, to be served under the blue sky laws in alliance with the Ministry of Information & Technology India.

Also, our independent research on the name Diwakar Dhyani has resulted in following Google Searches other than our sponsored blogs. Diwakar Dhyani is a known conman who has harassed and black mailed several clients and customers.

Dear Diwakar Dhyani,

To the immediate effect we have ordered the suspension of all websites as stated above in your complaint.

We believe in utmost transparency, though you could have informed us directly about the websites and we could have taken immediate action. As a matter of effect we could not establish the relationship of our former or current employees. It was few independent authors who wrote the articles, though there articles had few backups but since the matter was against the ethics of our company we took a stern action and suspended the websites which was being used for solely for the education purposes.

You are requested to mark the matter as resolved in this complaint.
