I purchased bike battery in 27.06.2017. The details of battery is as follows:

The above mentioned battery is not working properly since last few days. As the battery is in warranty period, though i lodged the complaint over toll free no. I. E.[protected] on 17th dec (9:24 am) and got the complaint no. Nuts00000427v565.
Today is 4th day but service engineer still not visited to attend the complaint.
Regarding this, i again approached to customer care but they did not provide any satisfactory answer. Was this information helpful? |
