Dear sir,
We have an agreement for delivery of Two(2) nos Projects with the
1. Booking ID -B1308917 Customer ID: C1320286 (HARMONY) Himanshu Dohroo/Rakesh Dohroo
2. Customer ID :C1321248 (CREST) Usha Dohroo. We have made all the payments as upfront thru cheque as per agreement & in time. Both were booked in 2014 and (HARMONY) were to be delivered within six months i.e. in April, 2015 & CREST were to be delivered in August, 2017.
But since then we have been following up for delivery of Projects but they are neither replying the no of mails/phone calls nor giving delivery /possession of the land as agreed in the agreement.Expat -Group has breached all the condition of Contract agreement. Was this information helpful? |
