I had booked 1 acre plot in 2013 at Project RISHIKA at Mangaon by Expat Properties with possession planned in 2018. However, in 2018, they said that the project is delayed by approx. 12-18 months and they will revert to me once they complete the land acquisition. Thereafter, i have been following up with them over emails and phone and throughout 2019 they have been giving false assurance. in 2020, i have sent them almost 12 reminders over email but there is no response. Their office phone also goes in to voicemail. When I googled about the promoter of the company Mr. Santosh Shetty, I could find news about FRAUD Cases against him and EXPAT Properties by Economic Offences Wing.
