Expat Properties — After complete payment, registration is due for agreement done in 2012

I have bought 1 acre plot in c 2012 at expat Anahita -Bamangaon Maharashtra project but till date did not get registration done from Expat. I have sent mail but no reply, No relationship manager is reachable . Bangalore office is not responding.
