want refund of investment in taloja

My name is shivani and i want to known if there are other complainents for taloja. I have pd 14 lakhs to agnelo their sr vp for a 1 bed room flat in taloja. There is no construction, no allotment and no response. I want my money back!!!
I have written to michelle and agnello and also tried calling, sending messages etc but they don't respond.
I have paid full amount before construction and is need interest for the same along...

I paid a cheque in full (14 lkh) to sr vp agnelo in presence of of sales mgr wilson. Some 4 yrs back. Till today neither the flat is delivered nor do any of the office bearers come on the phone. I have been asking for for my money back. There's no response.
I want to know if there's any collective action that's being taken against the company for such fraud which i'm sure others are suffering from too...

sold properties without necessary approval from government

Expat properties is the worst company to invest in as per my experience with them for the past 7 years now. I have invested in expat property in 2012 at celestyn project which is in the border of tamil nadu. When expat sales sold the property it was guaranteed to me that the development would finish in 2 years i. E., 2014 and would be handed over to me for registration, but till january 2018 there was no development taken place at the project....

roha land property sold and cheated

This group which is 25 year old company sold us 1 acre land in 2011 and said in 5 yars we give you possision. I kept paying and now in 2018 after folow up for 2 years for refund are not giving the money.
They say due to rera they suffering and not giving thew refund. They didnt have land and right papers. Complete fraud. Dont trust this company.

Any further help can appreciate.

halcyon project in roha

I indira pillai, had booked in their halycon projet and made the entire payment from 2009 to 2011 and was promised the property in 2013, but to date, nor have i got the property nor the money back. I invested in their roha project 8yrs back. Never got the land and now they are even refusing refunds. Cheated in broad daylight. People victim of their fraud let's join hands to start legal action. Message [protected]. Can't let my hard earned money go down the drain. Thorough unprofessionals. It takes almost a month to get to mr berlin dsouza if you ask for refund. And he has only no as an answer....

The project is delayed by more than a year, they didnt care to communicate to their customers. Its total cheating/fraud whatever you can call.

Have sent them multiple mails on refund process but no reply.

Their phone lines and relationship managers are always busy.

Expat properties is not only a fraud company but also inhuman. We invested in two plots of maharashtra and they neither are registering nor paying back our money. We are middle class people, it is a huge amount for us. We had a big medical emergency, contacted kurla head office of mumbai. After 100 calls and 1000 emails, they gave us a schedule of repayment... But never followed it. We had to sell jewelry and complete medical formalities....

investment in taloja project

I have invested in taloja project along with few other cousins which belongs to expat properties india pvt ltd. They have offered an investor offer to the customers in feb 2014. I was a part of this and have invested for 2 bedroom apartment which they had promised to deliver to us by december 2017 or after extension period of six month which should end in june 2018.
Also, it is mentioned in the contract if they do not fullfill to complete...

Had invested in Expats Mangalam project in 2009. Two years before they contacted me saying that the project is cancelled and has to move to some other project which they offered. (In Goa - Harmony II).

I too have invested in six plots of Expat properties Lonare Project in Maharashtra 5 years back and more than 70% of the money has been paid. They are supposed to sign an agreement with me for this deal but they are not heeding to my repeated requests. My retirement savings are stuck and am not getting either land or money back.
