I made two payments of Expat NIdi II
2015 & 2016 . Still they are not made any registration process I request serveral time for refund the amount .units in retail (1500 sqft plot) @ INR 400 per sqft .Property Sold by and documents Customer ID- C1328108. Customer no :[protected]email: [protected]@gmail.com

Below are some of the reasons why you just cannot miss out on holding a land asset in this location:

1. Electronic City which houses 132 leading software companies like Infosys, Seimens, Wipro etc is just 28 km from our property. Being just a 35 min drive away, this has caused a huge housing demand taking even rentals up.

2. Jigani Industrial area which houses the likes of HCL, CIPLA, TATA is just 22.4 km from our property.

3. Hosur which is a mere 40 min drive from our property has mega operations of companies like Ashok Leyland, T.V.S etc.

4. Electronic City and Jigani Industrial alone employ over 106000 employees in total and this number is growing! Where would they live? Preferably in a location 30-35 min from work.

5. The south of Bangalore is considered the most industrialized part of Bangalore and contributes 25-30% of Bangalore's GDP and has the highest numbers of jobs.

6. The proposed Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR), Anekal Town Ring Road (ATRR) etc. are close to the project and this and will help in increasing the connectivity

7. Anekal which is just 12 km from the project is already witnessing a large influx of developers as the need for residential space is increasing. In Anekal, land is already being sold around `1000 per sq.ft and apartments are in the range of `2300 – `2600 per sq.ft.
