Expat Properties — Expat Properties - Dakhane Project All installments paid still Project not handed over for more than 6 years

I have purchased 1 acre land in 2011 on installments of 5 years from Expat properties in project Ruchita-I (Dakhane). I gave all the installments on time. the plot was supposed to be handed over in 2016 its 2022 they have still not given the land.

They asked me to pay 60K for transaction on farm land which also I have given. But they stopped after responding.

I tried to reach their management umpteen times. No one responded.

I would the refund of the entire amount. Please help
