Expat Properties — Expat Properties want refund of investment in mopa due to non-development and Non-handing over of Property on time

Till date I have invested Rs.5, 60, 000/- ( This amount was transferred from my Indian Account from May 2016 to October 2019, in systematic installments and the final amount was paid to initiate the registration process in the month October 2019 for the above mentioned unit of the Expat Group.

I am fed up of calling/ emailing the Goa Office representatives, Ms Malwina and Mr. Santosh Gayak, every 15 days and getting the same boring reply. They are coming with a lame excuse every time I happen to send an email. I request you to process the refund of the amount paid.
