Expat Properties — Invested on project nidih, bangalore

Address: Building No 66, Mangaf Block 4. Street 21. Mangaf Kuwait

I had invested in the project Nidih, Banaglore. I had purchased 1500 sq.ft of land at Rs. 400 per sq. ft. Till now it is not transferred to my name. Whenever I try to contact the person here in Kuwait, he is not picking up the phone. There was an office in Kuwait where nobody sits there. His name was Nideesh Kuniyil.

If i can get atleast my money what I invested it would be fine. Due to the Corona, I had lost my job, which I had mentioned to Nideesh once when i talked to him.
I had transferred to money from my NRE account back at Kumbanad, Federal Bank.
Really a fraud case
