Me and my friends has invested in Expat through one of my friend associate partner to Expat in 2011 for a 1/2 acre plot in Mahika project with dreams of owning my own land with really hard earned money at tougher times, got ruined by Expat. We have invested nearly 2, 30, 000/- (50000+3000/month EMI for 5years) for our 1/2 acre plot which costs now 200000/- worth per acre and Expat has not got registered to us after 5years and till date as Tra agreement. After so many office visits and calls, they have sent the registration cost details of Rs. 2, 30, 000/- the same amount of whole land which is fake again to individuals. So we request avoid investing in Expat properties and save your hard earned money for your children and their future. These people never understand our feelings, they are doing real estate business with our hard earned money and feelings.
