Please note that our request to refund our investment in EXPAT VIDA Chandapura, BENGALURU is pending since 2nd December 2018. We are asking for refund as EXPAT couldn’t start their project as per the LOI. Kindly look into the matter as our emails are not being answered by Mr. Berlyn, in charge for refund as we were told by Mr. Raghavendra from EXPAT BENGALURU. We also had booked a plot in BENGALURU, full payment was made, but no status update/registration.
Please help us.

Updated by debmondal Unfortunately we have not received any positive reply so far from EXPAT Properties Customer Support. we have received a general email indicating same false promises once again.

We don't think EXPAT Properties would have given us this much time if we were delayed to make any installment payment.

Does it mean that there is no value of signing a Letter of Intent or any other such document.

Hello,
As a fellow investor with no returns in the Chandapura project, the Expat team has gone off the air/ changed numbers/ not responding to emails. and i[censored]r lucky to get thru a number and speak/ wont happen next time as your number will be blocked - so easy to do with mobiles.
Is there any unified group that we can all get to gether and act as one
