My name is Ranjith. I had invested in two of the Expat properties projects. the handover dates are overdue by more than two years. This guy Berlin who represents Expat properties in this forum is really an unreliable person. I have proof to say so, I have enough email correspondence with them to prove that this company if a fraud from the way they deal with their customers. Their Dubai office is also not giving proper response to my problem. so I am now in the process of lodging a complaint against Expat properties in Dubai.
