Expat Properties — Property handover

I bought a property through expat in their project called "Rishika". The amount was paid in 2013 and Expat promised to handover the property by 2018.

The project was not handed over and inspite of my repeated attempts to contact them, there barely has been any potential resolution.

Later they stated that RERA issues etc etc. Its already 2022 now and I still dont have any update from them and they dont answer the phones either.

I need legal help to file a consumer complaint against Expat Group and its directors.
