Expat Properties — Purchased a land, but not received any delivery, no refund, not contactable

Hi, I have purchased a land with Expat Properties: Project Sundew Haven, plot no. 45.

This is fully paid as per agreement that was executed on 18 July 2011.

I would highly appreciate if this Principal amount of INR 14 Lakhs can be refunded in full, along with proper Compensation interest of minimum 15% for the losses in income over a period of almost 12 years.
