Expat Properties — Return and Refund

I have invested in Expat Nikash Project in Borghar taluka Mangaon district Raigad Maharashtra in July 2010.
The total cost of the project is Rs 380000 spread over a period of 5 years. Final payment was completed in 2015. As per agreement the plot was to be handed over for registration on completion of payment.
Since 2015, I have been waiting for any response from this company. In last six years nobody from this company had intimated the status of project telephonically or by mail.
It seems a fraud company.
Super pathetic client response. At the time of booking there was a lady from their marketing side Chayya Putur who used to call everyday. Moment I booked the property her response became zero with no intimation of any contact point in the company for follow up. In 2019, I got hold of a person named Atif from the company office in Mumbai who gave me a feedback that registration will start soon. Since past two years I have been trying to contact this individual but he is not responding.
I now want my refund back with interest since I don't think this is a right company to invest in.
My plot no as per agreement is 37 in sector 1.
Please refund my entire amount with interest or I will take legal course of action very soon if I don't get any response.
