Expat Properties — Shubh Properties

I am a middle class person having dependents. Trusting this company through agents I purchased land as part of their Shubh properties scheme. I paid all the EMIs duly (starting from 16th Dec 2013) and its been years now that nothing has materialized so far. It has been brought to my notice that EOW has attached their properties. I can provide all the details including cheque details etc. I request the concerned authorities to help me in getting my funds refunded along with interest, since I am in a very bad financial position. Till date I have paid more than INR 6 lakhs.
