Description - Rahul Chandola and Kapil Mishra from Exportersindia called me regularly in January 2022 to take membership of their Company against which they will send minimum 6 verified export leads and enquiries for my leather product which I am dealing from my Company " Bluemonte Industries Pvt. Ltd." exclusively for me.
Several calls were made by him and Mr. Kapil Mishra regarding discussions about my specific requirements and the commitments made by them, before I paid the amounts for membership. Total amount paid was Rs. 40, 000/- in 2 parts.
I was clear about my requirement that I want to have only export enquiries for leather products to start with. They have time and again committed me to send at least 6 verified leads per month exclusively for me and help me to secure at least usd 10000 order to start with. I have categorically stated that I am not interested in Domestic leads and business.
I was confirmed by them that all my requirements will be fulfilled and within 20/25 days from my first payment date exportersindia team will complete all formalities and I will start getting minimum 6 export verified leads each month etc. etc.
They as usual for marketing gains wrongly committed and I believed on their verbal assurances and paid the money for the membership.
I didn't receive a single verified export lead till date. They started denying their commitments.
From 7th March 2022 onward till date all leads stopped coming.
I have written several mails to them to solve the issues which surprisingly remained unsolved.
I suffered huge business losses and no help from them was extended to get export leads/ enquiries as committed.
In view of the above I have decided not to continue my membership with them and mailed them on 29.03.22 to cancel the membership and refund the amount with immediate effect. As usual they kept on giving excuses in reply mails and said that they won't refund any amount.

Requested to arrange refund of my amount asap.
