On June 4th 2023, i entered the mall at 14.49 punch time at mall and exit time was 18.52 same day. Parking 4 hours and 3 minutes, they charged me 3 minutes extra with 1 hour charges.
On toll both they have clearly written 10 minutes grace time allowed.
Customer well deserve 10 minutes grace time since at both entry and exit you can wait in Q all the collection both which waste more than 10 minutes and do not calculate this time while billing.
THIS IS OPEN CHEATING.
