Express Ecom — received product delivered message but product not received

I have ordered sandisk otg pendrive 32gb on 14th may from paytm. On 17th may i have received message product is out for delivery and sent me a number i tried to call to that number so many times but it was not connected and no one responded. Later when i opened paytm i was shocked to see that product has been delivered but i did not received the product. No one has called me through out the day and no one has responded to my call. I have complained about the issue to paytm also
It was very important product for me please contact the delivery person and ask him to whom he delivered??? Wheter delivered or not?? I was really disappointed about this delivery
Please resolve the issue as soon as possible and make fast delivery of my product
