Full description of incident: unauthorized charges was billed to clear and deliver a 20ft container with used house hold items from usa to india.
Express forwarders and global logistics services, inc had charged rs69, 098 to clear and deliver a 20ft container with use household items. my passport was taken away from me and was not returned until all payments was made. they made me travel everyday to their office in paris, chennai for 6 days. they did not check the papers properly and due to this there was a delay in clearing the cargo but they charges 2000 rs everyday as halting charges. i feel that they have over charged me to clear a cargo as they used to rush me everyday and say that there will be extra charges and by the end of the day no work will be done and i will be charged extra.
I would like to file a complaint against express forwarder and global logistics, inc. i have attached a copy of all the receipts that i have received for a total of 69, 078 that i have paid so far.
