I was supposed to get a parcel from me one of their branch located in 711302. The charged extra money saying that the parcel will be sent by air and I'll get it with in 3 days. It's been 11 days and still I haven't received the parcel. Regarding this issue I am trying to contact their head office customer care but neither they have any valid numbers to communicate nor they have a valid email address . The numbers and email address provided on their website is not valid. Fake numbers and email id. Please help us to avoid scams from these fraudsters.
