Dear sir/madam,
I sought transportation services (From new delhi to bokaro) from an online site (Quikr.com) and subsequently got a call from mr. Shivam who promised to transport the goods at the rate of 10000 inr.
Subsequently mr. Manoj came for the pickup on 11th of aug 2018 and moved the goods to gurugram (As per their statement). I paid 6000 inr as advance to him.
On 14th of august mr. Manoj sent a receipt of watsapp which shockingly mentioned 19000+ inr as amount.
I took strong objection to it and asked to halt the services and refund my money.
Now they are saying that they will dump my goods.
