I bought this product having 10 year warranty from Amazon which was delivered on 28 th August, but it was in broken condition and also doesn’t work as shown in the demonstration video. As per Amazon services this product is non returnable but they said that I can claim warranty from the manufacturer.
I contacted the manufacturer on the email I’d provided in the box “cs.India.[protected]@gmail.com” on 9th September and informed about the same. In reply (on 11th September) their Customer Support Executive Simmi Kumari gave her contact number and asked to share the Amazon invoice on WhatsApp which was done instantly.
After that, I haven’t received any updates even after repeatedly asking.
