Sir, I have ordered a smart watch Ciscox Thor 4 PRO-4LTE from https://www.ezeedeals.in/ on 19/05/2019 for which i paid online of Rs 2379. I was told to receive a mail of order confirmation and tracking id also a customer care phone no.[protected] was displayed on screen in case of any problem. After paying the amount, I didnt receive any mail, i tried to track online but its link was disabled. When i tried to call customer care number, it doesnt pick the phone . Than i googled about www.ezeedeals.in site and found out that many more similar cases has occured with this site. Now i dont know what to do .Plz help me to get my money back and also to take some action against this site so that it would not be able to dupe other customers.
