Dear sir/madam,
I got a call from e-zone enterprise to work on
mac2cap app which involved entering 10000 captcha within 10 days and in which 90% has to be correct. When i accepted the job, they asked me to send my adhar card and mobile number on a whatsapp number and when i had sent it, they had sent me two links, one of which opened to an app and they asked me to upload my signature on it. But I just uploaded name.Then they filed an agreement without my permission and signature and i got a mail from the company that if i fail to complete the work or fail to achieve accuracy then i have to pay rs 5000 penalty amount to company. I also got user id and password to login on mac2cap app.
Later that day, the app was not working. I messaged them, but they told to wait. I waited 2 days. But still no reply came. I then understood that it was fraud company. Many complaints are there against it in consumer forums. Then I didn't call them. Now, today, they called me and asked Rs5000 or else they will take it to court. I am a student. Please resolve this fast.
I have proofs. Including WhatsApp chat, voice recording from beginning, fake agreements from many people. Unfortunately they were not smart enough, and used same agreement, with same number for many people.
