F. E Services — harassment and threatening

Sir a company named f. E services that is from latur maharastra is a online form filling work. I applied for online form filling part time work in quicker.com website in a company named fe services, one of their employee "sapna" called me and said we are offering you a online form filling work and asking me to sent a address proof document. 2-3 day he continually follow-up me then i said ok and i sent my adhara photo copy to him on email (Sapna. [protected]@gmail.com) and then they made an agreement on a non judiciary stamp of my name as second party and their own as second party on 14/9/2018. Then they sent me a user id or password with pdf (Agreement) and when i read agreement (Which is made without my confirmation) it says, 1200 form complete within 12 day and accuracy of 90% required if not submitted work or failed i have to pay utility charges 4800rs to company,

Then i call helpline number and told him i disagree with your agreement please cancel, he told it only formality you just complete your task and cut the call.

I completed the work and submitted then they said accuracy is only 50% and you are fail in this work now you have to pay 4800 rs as maintenance or utility charges. After it.
I got an email regarding legal action which is going to be legal proceeding kindly call to our advocate shrikant srivastava [protected]

He send me notice via gmail, they are sending me some thing legal notice type thing and demanding me the utility charge rs.4800 to pay. And telling me if you do not pay i will impose some legal acts on you.

I have paid 4800 rs to them but still they are saying they are goint to take some legal action against me because i have not get any termination latter from them.

I have all the legal proves. Please check this whole matter. I am in depression please help me,.
