Faballey is using my/ like me other peoples money to build there brand... I had ordered 2 tunic tops in l size in month of april... It was slightly tight i had to exchange with x large size... I got only one delivery which was very small than l size.. It was there mistake but i had to return by my own.. As policy says... I did so.. Till nowe i have not received cash back.. When i started follow up they are just saying sorry for inconvenience.. Earlier they told they have initiated process then they told check bank account.. Then sorry for inconvenience... When i again asked them to provide bank reference details.. They are saying it will take 2 days.. Now they are saying technic let glitch... And blah blah... I am strongly saying that they are using other people's money to build there brand... So that talybont failed brand for me.. They are not even customer centric..
