Both of them are major scams.
Rajesh Kumar is one of the main men behind these scams.I think he aftenly changes his name itseems. When you google chimney service center it shows you these websites or service centre's in MS Palya. They answer and insist that it's a good plan to repair with them and act like it's genuine and very reliable. They then asked us to pay them online through Gpay payment portal for the new parts - 4400 and 6600 so they could buy them. Manager called Rajesh called and informed that motor and board will need to be changed ans will cost around 10 thousand for which we refused and asked to return product as is. Even for returning the product also he was asking transportation charges 1000 Rs. So this is scam that trap for the people forcefully. We paid them online and after many calls and lots of delay chimney brought but inside he did not changed the motor, he is just cheating the people and They then charged 1500 for service. Plus 5850 labor charges. Do not get scammed by these frauds. Now we're going to complain to consumer bureau and file a police complaint since the machine now does not work and they do not respond to our phone calls. Beware. Do not use their services.
