I had booked two furniture items under Order No.[protected] dt. 18.04.2015. Out of the two items, one item - Tezerac Computer Table Sengli was received in proper shape whereas other item - Fab Home Bari Two Door Big Shoe Cabinet was received is badly damaged condition. This came to my notice when the fabfurnish guys came for assembling the item. I had paid cash while taking the delivery.
When informed Fabfurnish, they got the said item picked up by their authorized courier. A case No. 3627772 was registered and we had many conversations under the said case numver. I requested for money refund but they compelled me to do shopping and credited Rs. 3942.85 into my account as Credit Points. The credit points were valid till May 2016. I tried to buy a product in the month of July, but when I tried to apply credit points but it did not work even after repeatedly trying to use the credit points. I then sent a mail requesting for refund of amount. I got a call from some Jatin Bedi. He, very politely, agreed to refund the amount and asked me to mail my bank details which I did on 28th July 2015. Since then I have sent them number of e-mails to enquire about refund of amount into my account, but I did not receive even a single reply from their end. Now when I check my fabfurnish account, I find that on one hand they mention that my credit points have been consumed, and on the other hand they mention that the amount against my defective item returned to them, has been refunded. Sorry to say, either of these things has not yet happened to me.
I am shocked to see that how these e-commerce sites are cheating consumers like anything. Please find some solution to this. Was this information helpful? |
