[Resolved]  Fahad Khan — Customer Care disconnecting calls when complaining about Tikona broadband

My user id is [protected] and complaint reference no is 1-[protected] . Very poor connection. Not getting connected to internet for the last three days since I made the bill payment. Sometimes just for a few minutes gets connected and the speed is damn slow. When calling customer care, they listen to the complain and then disconnect calls or other times they disconnect the call straight away as soon as they realize the customer is in the mood to complain about Tikona connection. Horrible service, poor connection and speed. I would recommend no one to go for Tikona Broadband and will definitely spread a negative message about Tikona to everyone whom I know.
