On 29th august 2020 i ordered hp pavilion ryzen 5 at price tag of 54, 990 inr. Before ordering twice i asked the customer care executive to send me an assuring email on behalf of flipkart that the laptop will be genuine but instead he said that we cannot send an email like that but we assure you that the product will be 100% genuine, so i ordered the laptop. On 31th august 2020 i recieved the dilevery. The laptop was working normally untill evening, suddenly the screen started becoming black frequently, i just downloaded an application from microsoft store of size 2gegabites then the laptop also started lagging so i tried to check the warranty status on hp warranty check and i entered the serial number i didnt get any result instead it asked me for product number i searched for it everywhere buy only product was there so i entered it which was not accepted by it so i contacted hp customer care, i gave them the serial number they said me that the serial number was of hp chromebook but not of hp pavilion the i was looking for the warranty papers but it was not in the package despite of me being informed that warranty papers will be given to me. So, i complained to customer care executive about that. Thery assured me that a resolution will be provided by september 12. Which is really late for me because i wanted that laptop urgently but everybody from flipkart support are like. Sir we are taking action please wait but there is nothing has happened yet.
