Me my wife & 6 months old baby took a terrible decision to travel in falcon bus from borivli to rajkot
First the pick up was 11.30pm but bus arrived at 12.45am and started at 1 am
Morning around 10 were were dropped somewhere in ahemdabad and asked to switch buses which is around 11 am and borivali head office and ahemdabad office person has no sense in talking to customers they just kept us on hold untill 11 and later agreed to give 25% refund or go in normal seater bus while we paid for sleeper volvo
They never wait for customers if someone is late but we have to wait till 2 hours for bus on road worst ever service i want my full refund for the problem i faced Also train ur ahemdabad sg highway staff to talk to customers we dont travel for free in ur bus Was this information helpful? |
