False Promising — False Promises and No value for Customer's Time/SLA

Please remove all your Service related SLAs and don't provide SLAs to customer at all. When you cannot comply to SLAs and there is no meaning if SLA is missed or achieved.

Moreover, your representatives are saying there is no difference if SLA is crossed or within SLA - the aim is to get the product to customer post service.

I appreciate your efforts to ensure product should reach to customer but if SLA is just for "name sake" then why you want to keep it at first place.

Ridiculous Customer Service by Reliance. One of your executive said, a compensation will be given for the delay and now the same executive is completely making "U" turn.

If you can lie, give false promises and still happily say "Customer is at our heart" please dont make such statements!

Don't ever promise customer something if you are so incapable of fulfilling it!!!
