[Resolved] Family Health Plan [Fhpl] — Reimbursement process

What a cheap and ridiculous company fhpl is. No service, no commitment nothing. Only having one passion how to cheat customers at that difficult time when customer was physically, mentally and most importantly financly got very weak.
I was admitted in hospital for more than 20 days due to an accident and for this my total bill is about 184000 out of which 26000 was deducted by cheap fhpl
About asking the same got revert that you ask to hospital authority.
They don't understand simple thing that the amount is rejected by fhpl not by hospital.
For this action should be taken..

Their is no step is taken by company.This is call the datong of FHPL without doing anything thry confirm it is resolved.

I have submit all pending document but still TPA ask for these document despite of given scan and hard copy

FHPL takes months to process a claim . They are not having any transparency. People don't reply to the mails and calls.

FHPL Asking same reports after submitting the originals

Hello,

I am Krishna Putta, My wife underwent a surgery and later I have submitted all original required supporting documents/reports to claim the procedure expense. After submitting all the originals, Viman nagar Pune FHPL team reviewed and they set the status IR pending, again they are asking the original documents/reports. FHPL intent is to reject the claim but I never give up till I succeed or proceed with legal action against FHPL
