Depositing money through phone pe app rs.770 to fantasy power 11 transaction was successful but not reflected to my fantasy power 11 account upi ref no.[protected] transaction date and time 04.10.2019, 12.02am please hlep they not reply for my mails it is very frustrating to me
Today on 21 November, I tried to add Rs. 2222 in my FP11 account via Debit card through PayTM gateway. After entering OTP, the money from my account was debited but in fp11 account is not showing any amount added neither in Total amount nor in Transaction History. It somewhere looks like a fraudulent app. Kindly help in this.

Yesterday I added Rs.2222 in fp11 account but now app is not opening. When I tap on app the logo will show but within a second it gets crashes and shutdown. Neither app nor website is working. I also tried to contact customer support via call and email but they are not responding to me. Kindly look into this issue.

I can't withdraw money .if I withdraw app says multiple requests not allowed
I have withdraw my amount of rs. 28137 on dated December 18/12/2020 at 08:32am. But till now i didn't receive my amount in my bank account wallet. My bank account no protect Apart from this, they are not responding my calls, emails as well as.I am following with them everyday. But no response at all. Kindly help.
