I ordered a pair of Chelsea Boots from Fashion Razor on 4th of January 2022. On not receiving any further updates from their end, I contacted them and then they responded through mail by saying that, "they will put my order number 8755 on high priority" on the 11th of January 2022.
After that, I still didn't receive any updates from there side regarding my order and it has been 13 days. After my 5 failed attempts to contact them, they refuse to respond...
