I placed an order on Fashion Razor on August 8, 2023 for 3 sunglasses (Order 10457) and immediately received a confirmation on email after I made the payment of Rs. 2, 787.30.
However, since then, there has been no update regarding the shipment. The tracking page is exactly how it was after placing the order with no updates. A blanket line - We will update you when your order is ready - has been posted with no other help.
The company does not even have a customer care number but only an email to which I sent a complaint as well a few days ago. But as expected, no response has been generated.
It seems Fashion Razor is a serial defaulter as I saw another person writing on this portal with the same issue. However, his matter was ultimately resolved post his filing a complaint here and I sincerely hope the issue is addressed this time as well. Was this information helpful? |
