Fashioners — defective water purifier

I purchased water purifier from your eureka forbes ltd ludhiana branch office vide invoice no -[protected] dt 13-09-18 for rs 9690. The water purifier filter had manufactured defects from the very beginnings. Several complaints were got registered by me on eureka forbes ltd service centre. Despite several complaints, repairs /replacement of defective water filter was not made. Your technician happy &branch manager, mr devinder ultimately told me that 3candles of said water filter requires to be changed and that your company would charge rs 1750. As a matter of fact totally defective water filter had been supplied to me & this water filter is beyond repair & shall not work even after replacement of of candles. I write a detailed letter dt 29-5-19 to the branch manager ludhiana & letter dt 15-6-19 to director general eureka forbes ltd mumbai which were sent to them through regd post. Water filter is with in guarantee period & your company is bound to replace defective water filter. I have been cheated and duped by your company. Your company has also resorted to unfair trade practice conduct of your company amounts to deficiency in service. Please change the defective water filter with a new water filter immediately. Your company shall also be liable for pain, agony & financial loss caused to me.
