I had placed an order for couple T-shirts on 26th May 2023, and awaited for delivery information. Later on received one update saying my product is started with shipment process and manifested the order with blue dart on 4th June 2023. Today as of 19th June 2023 I still didn't received any update from the company. I had dropped multiple mails mentioning the same concern but till now did not received any kind of information. FashionRazor company even did not had any customer care site to address the issue or contact information to give a call. As a customer I got cheated and my money got wasted they didn't even care about providing minimum information. Please take some action against these kinds of sites who misuses customers money and ban these sites if they are the fraud companies. I urge consumer complaints forum to take necessary action on this issue and help us in getting us our hard earned money back to us.
