This is the worst company. From booking till delivery the entire thing involved cheating. Their representative sumit provided the quotation of 19k at the time of booking and when the goods were loaded they issued the bill amount of 28, 000 which includes so many taxes and it was no where disclosed at the time of booking.
They ask for cash money after packing. So many hidden charges not said in quotations. When called sumit, he was in board meeting and he never turned back. Sent them several mails but didnot received any response from them.
They asked to pay the entire payment online which was no where mentioned in the receipt. Also refused to deliver the goods before the payment is done. Although it was mentioned that payment has to be done through cheque, dd. There after they promised to deliver the goods by 3: 30 in the morning but despite of calling again and again goods were delivered around 11:00 am. Also the labour was not sent at that time.. Moreover, goods were loaded in different truck when left from the origin destination and it was placed in a different transport when delivered. Overall experience is very poor.
