Fast Tag & Paytm — Regarding toll collection in very inappropriate way

Subject : very inappropriate operation of Fast tag & Paytm in toll collection & other financial activity

Dear Madam / Sir

This is to appraise here that on 19.04.2021, i traveled from Delhi to Dharuhera and toll of Rs 70 was deducted from my paytm wallet at Manesar toll plaza and while returning back same day (From Dharuhera to Delhi) i was stopped by the toll operator that Paytm balance in your wallet is less and i was told to to pay double toll tax in cash (even after there was Rs 80 balance in my fast tag wallet which is linked to Paytm) which i paid and as per new guideline of NHAI, there is no requirement of maintaining of minimum balance in Paytm linked fast tag account.

Where there is a guideline of Government of India in place that there is no capping on minimum balance requirement in Fast tag wallet, why common people are being harassed.

Today (20.05.21) again, when i was adding money in my Paytm wallet for making payment to some other merchant, Rs 2600 was to be paid and Paytm asked for extra Rs 53.82 against Bank charges and Rs 2653.82 were debited from my credit card and with this my Paytm wallet balance must be Rs 2600 but instead Paytm transferred Rs 70 in fast tag account without my consent and my payment request of Rs 2600 to other merchant failed citing reason of insufficient fund.

Now the balance in my Fast tag is Rs 150 and in this time when interstate restrictions are in place to arrest the COVID-19 situation in India, why is Rs 150 is FORCEFULLY required to be maintained in Fast tag accounts ??

My question is whether PAYTM or FAST TAG is allowed to do such an act without customer consent. Seems company like Fats tag & Paytm are doing things in their own way irrespective of the Government guidelines and such things should be stopped immediately so that common people's faith in Government maintained for better future of the country.
