National Highway 48 Shedung toll plaza has charged me double. First toll was charged at 9.45 am and again charged at 9.46 am even though I had gone further away from toll plaza towards my destination. My Trip Numbers: 41836001 and[protected]. Vehicle No: MH-06-BA-8642. ICICI Fastag consumer service toll number[protected] and[protected] are not working. I am unable to understand how amount gets deducted from Fastag account even though your vehicle is not passing through toll plaza?
