Fathis Designer Studio — Product order in february 2024 not yet delivered

I have ordered a stitched salwar suit from fathis desiner studio seeing her instagram page and had made prepaid payment for the dress. I waited for about one month. then whenever i tried to call them, they didnt picked the calls and simply messaged they will send it soon. Now its been 4months. i have not received the dress nor have been refunded

My dress was delivered on 21.06.2024 after registering complaint here... the issue is solved. But dont fall pray at this designer studi0.. You will have to undergo mental stress as they wont attend ur calls or wont give a proper reply

Oh god..are they fake? I have also ordered on July 5th. I have not got anything from them. No order id nothing
