Placed the order# [protected] on 9th January 2022 for Phillips Electric Kettle HD 9329/06. Received an SMS confirming the order and payment made the same day.
But till date there has been no delivery done and message providing updates. The customer care number provided on their portal is also non-operational. Tried reaching them on that number more than 10 times.
Followed up by sending multiple emails but not even a single response from favobliss.
