I ordered few items on 27th September, 2020 from Fbbonline portal (https://www.fbbonline.in/). The items were delayed to be delivered due to ongoing Covid situation that I completely understand. That's why I planned to cancel my order as I needed the items sooner. For cancellation and refund I raised a ticket on 10th October, 2020 (Request No : BB[protected]). Today is 18th October, 2020 and the request is still pending. I called customer care multiple times to expedite the refund process but found no results. I mailed several times in [protected]@fbbonline.in and received no response. I can agree that physical movement of items could be delayed due to Covid situation but a refund process is completely digital process and should be completed within a day or two.
