Today i went to the fbb store located in katpadi, vellore, tamil nadu. I wanted to buy two shorts worth 175 and 199 rupees each. When i went for billing, the person who was in the counter said that "the product is not there is their system. It is a new product hence you cant buy it. Buy any other product." i told him no i want this same product and he asked me to wait. Then there was no response from him. I waited for almost 15 minutes, he was not even bothered by about my purchase and was doing some other works. Then i went to him again and asked and then he called someone else. That guy came and explained their technical issues for another 10 minutes. He was saying like no you cant buy this, this is not there in the system. U can buy some other product or come again another day and buy. And he is not at all ready to do any kind of adjustments or anything to let me buy that product.
My questions are:
1) if that particular product is new and is not there in their system, then why on earth are they putting in the lot and asking us to buy, when at the end they dont let us buy saying that they cant bill it?
2) what right do these sales guys have to tell us you cant take these products, go and buy something else or come another day.
The customer service was so pathetic and those people were so arrogant and irresponsible. They dont even know how to talk properly. This experience is so unpleasant. I will not go to fbb again if they are showing such arrogance towards their customers.
